i getting json returned ajax php json_encode have hebrew characters turned "\u05d7\u05d1\u05e8\u05d4" how can turn them hebrew? (the db encoded utf8 , when calling php file hebrew displayed correctly)

as quentin pointed out, correct. \uxxxx right escape sequence unicode character. in fact, if type in firebug console, prompt "חברה". hebrew me, although can't tell whether it's correct.

therefore after parsing info received (either eval or json.parse) character should unescaped automatically.
